Important news: Dear Sires, we want to inform you that the expenses on the trips service have increased due to the several reasons. First of all the city of Krasnodar is near the City of Sochi which is the place where the Olympic Games of the 2014 will be held. With these circumstances the authorities of our city decided to renew the city and have started the renovations of the buildings. This was the reason why the prices of the hotel rooms have been increased. We have lots of tourists because of this event. Krasnodar region is a center of the skying tourism. Many hotels are in the process of reconstruction. And this is the reason why the prices for the hotels have increased. Because of these circumstances we have to increase the prices for the trip service. We hope that this will not prevent you to come here, or wouldn't be too hard for you to organise your trip to Krasnodar, because the only reason of our existence and the only aim we have is to help you and your ladies to find happiness together! This is our only aim! We will be happy to meet you in Krasnodar city.

You are welcome to visit the www.ruladys.com office at any time. We have at all times approximately 30-50 new ladies that have not been added to our gallery of ladies. Notes about trip reservation

Would you please inform us about your arrival in one month before you suppose to come to Krasnodar, as there maybe some problems with the hotel reservataion (especially in the summer time). If you have some changes in your trip schedule, would you inform our trip manager about them in two weeks before.

Car transportation from\to International Airport

Important note: This section is dedicated to the clients that ORDER A TRIP PACKAGE, we don't offer the transportation separately from the TRIP PACKAGES.

If you order a trip package to the Krasnodar, but arrive to another airport, you can order car transportation with our company.

The round car transportation from the airport located in LESS THAN 200 kilometers from the point of your destination costs $300 (both ways).
One way transportation from the airport located in LESS THAN 200 kilometers from the point of your destination costs $200 (one way).

If you need a transportation for the distance larger than 200 kilometers you should add $0.75 per each kilometer to the sum of $300 for two ways or to the sum of $200 for one way.

Deposit and refund policy

1. Deposit Policy.

50% deposit is required to start processing of trip.
50% final balance due is to be paid promptly on 14 days prior to arrival.
Late arrivals are welcome.

2. Late reservations are welcome but are subject of an additional fee, because we must spend over-time for the organisations your trip and making extra-time booking hotel and cars delivery.

Late reservations: less than 30 days prior to your arrival to Russia. less than 7 days prior to your arrival to Russia. less than 3 days prior to your arrival to Russia.
Price changes: + $100 extra fee +15% of the total cost of the trip (with cars) +25% of the total cost of the trip (with cars)

3. Refund Policy is as follows:

Cancellation: over 45 days prior to arrival 30-45 days prior to arrival 15-30 days prior to arrival 0-15 days prior to arrival
Refund: 90% refund 70% refund 50% refund No refund

$250 of the above funds received will be deducted as an administrative fee for cancellation. All cancellations must be put in writing and mailed to www.ruladys.com New York City office by "Return Receipt". All time frames above are based on date of arrival at the International Airport. Tour packages are Payable in U.S. dollars only. Allow an additional 10 days for check clearance.
